How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Create an account or continue as a guest, enter your delivery details, select your payment method, and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and Cash on Delivery. For mobile money payments, you'll receive a prompt on your phone to authorize the payment.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! We use secure payment processing for all mobile money transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and we never store your mobile money PIN or sensitive payment details.

Can I use promo codes?

Yes! Enter your promo code during checkout in the cart page before proceeding to payment. Valid promo codes will automatically apply discounts to your order total.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all locations within UCC Campus, including all halls and residential areas. We're working on expanding our delivery area soon!

How long does delivery take?

For orders within UCC Campus, delivery typically takes 30-60 minutes during business hours. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the next day.

What is the delivery fee?

Our standard delivery fee is GH₵ 5.00 for all orders within UCC Campus. Free delivery is available for orders above GH₵ 100.

Can I track my order?

Yes! After placing your order, you can track it using our Track Order page or from your account dashboard. You'll receive updates as your order moves through: Received → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Products & Quality

Are your products organic?

Yes! All our juices are made from 100% organic fruits with no added sugars or preservatives. Our fresh fruits are sourced from trusted local organic farms.

How fresh are the products?

All our fruits are freshly sourced daily, and our organic juices are prepared fresh on the same day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.

What if a product is out of stock?

Out of stock items will be clearly marked on the product page. You can sign up for notifications when the product becomes available again, or contact us for similar alternatives.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace damaged or unsatisfactory items free of charge.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days for mobile money payments. Contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate a refund request.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been prepared yet. Contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp to request cancellation. Orders that are already being prepared cannot be cancelled.
