2. Products and Services
- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities
- Prices are in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary
- We guarantee freshness and quality of all products
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or selection of Cash on Delivery
- We accept MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and Cash on Delivery
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours for mobile money orders
- Failed payments will result in order cancellation
- All sales are final unless products are defective
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available within UCC Campus
- Standard delivery time is 30-60 minutes during business hours
- Delivery fees apply as stated at checkout
- Customers must be available to receive deliveries
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
5. Returns and Refunds
- Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Products must be in original condition for returns
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on perishable items
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Provide accurate and current information
- One account per customer
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations
7. Prohibited Uses
